When we first started Renovation Project Management in 2005, our goal was to protect the everyday home/business owner from scams and overly aggressive contractors. RPMs would like to minimize your risk. Our goal is to keep the project on time and aligned with the customer’s satisfaction. When you employ RPMS, we want you to feel at peace and secure with our services.
We will consult with you to develop a game plan for any improvement you desire. Once the plan is an act, we will be able to get it done in a manageable and timely manner. There will be no need to deal with the contractor. This will eliminate the worries of misleading or overly intimdating contractor. This also phases out SCAMS, because the project manager will protect the customers investment. This is ultimately achieving our goal and is also our top priority.
